What does Khiwa actually do week to week?+
Week to week, your Khiwa manager handles all manufacturer communication, follows up on samples and approvals, tracks your production calendar against deadlines, coordinates QC inspections, manages shipping documentation, and sends you a clear status report. You make decisions. We execute everything in between. No chasing factories. No spreadsheet updates. No WhatsApp threads across time zones.
Can Khiwa manage our existing suppliers?+
Yes. We take over the management of your existing manufacturer relationships: briefings, sample coordination, QC, delivery tracking. You don't need to change factories to work with Khiwa. Many brands bring us in to manage suppliers they already know, while we help identify additional options for new categories over time.
What if we only need Khiwa for one season?+
That is completely fine. There is no minimum commitment. Some brands bring us in for a single season while their team is under capacity. Others use us on an ongoing basis as their permanent buying function. You decide the scope and duration. When you want to stop, you stop. No notice period, no paperwork, no obligations.
How do you charge and is there a setup fee?+
Pricing is based on the number of styles and colourways we manage in a given period, adjusted for product complexity and workload type. No setup fees. No platform subscriptions. No hidden extras.
