What services are included in every plan?+
Every plan includes supplier briefing and relationship management, sample coordination and approval tracking, critical path management, shipping coordination and customs clearance, weekly reporting and ESG compliance documentation, and access to the production platform. No extras, no add-ons for these core services.
Can Khiwa manage our existing suppliers?+
Yes. We take over the management of your existing manufacturer relationships: briefings, sample coordination, QC and delivery tracking. You don't need to change factories to work with Khiwa.
How does the Digital Product Passport work in practice?+
We build a Digital Product Passport for each style as part of the production process, not as an afterthought. It captures fiber origin, spinning, fabric production, cut and sew, certifications, and environmental data across the supply chain. When goods ship, your DPP is ready and accessible via QR code or NFC. Fully aligned with the EU ESPR regulation, which makes DPP mandatory for textiles from 2030.
What happens if there is a quality problem at the factory?+
We deal with it. Our team raises the issue directly with the manufacturer, agrees a resolution plan, and keeps you informed with clear options and recommendations. Because we manage the relationship on an ongoing basis, we have the leverage and context to resolve problems quickly. We catch most issues during inline or pre-shipment inspections before they become crises.
