How do you charge and is there a setup fee?+
Pricing is based on the number of styles and colourways we manage in a given period, adjusted for product complexity and workload type. No setup fees. No platform subscriptions. No hidden extras. New manufacturer identification, Digital Product Passport creation, on-site QC inspections, and DDP logistics coordination are available as add-ons.
What is included in the base price?+
Every plan includes supplier briefing, sample coordination, critical path management, shipping coordination, reporting and compliance management, and access to the production platform. These cover the full operational backbone of your buying function.
Can I scale up or down between seasons?+
Yes. Your fee is based on what you actually need each period. If you have a larger collection one season and a smaller one the next, your cost adjusts accordingly. There are no lock-ins and no minimum volumes.
